Dosimeter Graetz GDP150G

Dosimeter Graetz GDP150G

The GRAETZ GPD150G is a robust and portable electronic dosimeter that provides reliable reporting of accumulated radiation doses and dose rates (measured as Hp(10)). The device is particularly suitable for fire departments, civil defense and other professional users who require precise and intuitive measurement of ionizing radiation.

Main features include:

  • Energy-compensated Geiger-Müller detector for accurate radiation detection of gamma and X-ray radiation.

  • Alarm when four preset dose limits and one dose rate limit are exceeded (with both acoustic and visual signaling).

  • Easy handling with menu-based navigation, saving of dose values and settings even when changing batteries.

  • High reliability thanks to continuous self-monitoring.

  • Compact and durable construction , IP54 rated for protection against splashes and dust.

  • Long battery life – up to one month of continuous operation or three months at 8 hours of operation per day, with low battery warning.

  • Comes with clip and carrying case for practical use in the field.

Technical specifications

  • Dose range: from 1 µSv up to 10 Sv

  • Dose rate range: from 0.1 µSv/h up to 1.0 Sv/h

  • Energy coverage: 55 keV to 1.3 MeV (cf. PTB standards)

  • Alarm levels: dose thresholds from 200 µSv to 250 mSv; dose rate limit of 25 µSv/h

  • Operating temperature: from –20 °C to +60 °C

  • Dimensions: approx. 59 × 71 × 25 mm

  • Weight: approx. 110 g including batteries

  • Operating time: up to 1 month of continuous use (24 hours/day)

  • Power supply: two AAA batteries

Special versions exist for emergency personnel, including models that display remaining safe exposure time, and with vibration alarms when dose limits are exceeded.
