JIREH TROGOLO

JIREH TROGOLO

The JIREH TROGLO series consists of magnetic robots (“crawlers”) designed for mobile NDT inspection inside large tanks, reinforced vessels and other enclosed metal structures. These crawlers cling to surfaces and provide access to walls and ceilings for inspection without the need for traditional rigging and manual access. They are available in multiple sizes to suit different diameters and test conditions.

Common characteristics:

  • Magnetic operation – can operate on vertical and inverted ferromagnetic surfaces

  • Robust construction and compact profile for use in narrow tunnels

  • Remote control via joystick and/or software

  • Integrated encoder for precise positioning and repeatable scanning

  • Designed for modular adaptation with equipment such as ultrasonic modules, corrosion meters, etc.

TROGLO Large Crawler

The large version of TROGLO provides greater reach and load capacity for heavier modules and larger inspection equipment. It is suitable for industrial tanks, process vessels and installations with larger diameters and high performance requirements.

Key features and benefits:

  • Can carry heavier modules (such as UT scanners, X-ray modules)

  • Larger wheels or track tracks for better grip and stability

  • Longer wheelbase and better maneuvering radius

  • Suitable for larger diameters and installations with multiple obstacles

Technical specifications:

  • Max load (module + accessories)

  • Minimum diameter radius for insertion

  • Dimensions and weight

  • Magnetic force and operating voltage

Areas of use:

  • Internal inspections in large tanks and vessels

  • Inspection of process equipment and large metal structures

  • Platform for mounting high-performance inspection modules

TROGLO Small Crawler

Optimized for smaller structures, tight passages and areas where a large crawler won't fit, TROGLO Small provides access to locations that often require manual inspection or rigging.

Key features and benefits:

  • Low profile for confined areas

  • Lighter weight makes it easier to handle and transport

  • Adapted to smaller diameters and structures

  • Ideal for modularity with lighter equipment

Technical specifications:

  • Max module load

  • Minimum radius for insertion

  • Dimensions and weight

  • Magnetic force and operating conditions

Areas of use:

  • Inspection of narrow tanks, tank pipes and small vessels

  • Maintenance and inspection in tight areas where large crawlers cannot reach

  • Use with lightweight inspection modules or camera/surveillance
