MR 311-R Penetrant Red is a type II red penetrant that can be removed with both water and solvent. It is used for the visible indication of surface defects and cracks in metal components. The product combines good flow and penetration with a strong visual contrast in red color, and is suitable for various industrial applications such as casting, welding, leak testing and component inspection.
