Teledyne ICM CP300C Round jets
The CP300C is Teledyne ICM's first panoramic X-ray generator in the CP series, combining high power with a surprisingly low weight of less than 30 kg. The generator uses a robust metal-ceramic tube system and is designed for demanding non-destructive testing (NDT) applications, where fast penetration and reliability are critical.
Key features:
Voltage: 30–300 kV with current setting from 0.5 to 10 mA. At full load the tube delivers 750 W at the anode.
Efficiency: 100% duty cycle at 30°C, enabling continuous use for over an hour without cooling down.
Penetration: Capable of penetrating up to 52 mm of steel in just 10 minutes — best-in-class power-to-weight ratio.
Panoramic beam geometry: Provides 360° x 40° irradiation angle, and can be easily switched to a directional mode with a 60°×40° lead diaphragm.
Design: Compact with diameter Ø 180 mm and length approximately 837 mm, total weight is 29.4 kg.
Durability: IP65 rated for weather and dust protection, with operating temperature from –30°C to +60°C. Also withstands storage between –40°C and +70°C.
Focal point: With an optical focus size of 0.5 mm × 5.5 mm, it provides high image quality according to EN12543.
Low radiation dose: Radiated dose of less than 5 mSv/h at 1 meter distance at maximum power — high safety in use.
Accessories: Comes with plug-and-play PowerBox control and can be equipped with holding rods, stand, and rotatable lead filter for directional performance.
